Project Administrator / Project Coordinator required for a 12 month contract. Must have 4 years experience in a senior administrative role in a multinational environment. Onsite role initially after training will move to hybrid - 3 days on site. Galway city.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
Gathers and compiles information for reports.
Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
Assist in coordinating functional and project initiatives and activities
Attend staff meetings / recording action items.
Lead and support small scale projects on functional/business initiatives as they arise.
Scheduling & Communication: Support the leadership team in developing effective updates and presentations to continuously improve communication.
Communicate effectively across internal stakeholders in global sites and functions.
Support calendar management, travel arrangements and expense management for the leadership team.
Event Support: Help coordinate on-site meetings, events, and other special activities by arranging necessary resources, including room setups and catering.
Document Management: Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Assist in managing records, files, and other administrative tasks related to functional activities and purchasing.
Compliance & Safety: - Ensure adherence to all safety, compliance & regulatory standards & local requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a senior administrative / project management function.
Third Level 6 Qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to collaborate effectively, work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams
Proficient oral and written communication skills and ability to develop warm cross functional relationships
Good organizational, and presentation skills
