Culture Audit Process with Employers

Culture Audit

Improve organisational performance, retention and health & wellbeing

A key aspect of a successful organisation is having engaged and motivated employees. Engaged employees are more productive, have better on-the-job performance, and are more committed to staying with their organisation.

As many organisations are working within a Hybrid Model it is more important than ever that employees feel their voice is being heard and their opinions are viewed as extremely important to the leadership teams. Our People Consulting Team can become as involved in the process as the client company requires, to enhance organisational motivation and engagement.

Our Approach

Step 1: Online Survey

We will create a comprehensive motivation and engagement online survey with questions focusing on organisational culture, benefits and roles & responsibilities. The aim of this survey is to identify employees' top motivators within an organistion.

Step 2: 1-1 Conversations

We will conduct 1-1 confidential conversations with each employee, to gain a deeper insight into their levels of engagement and motivation. These conversations are semi-structured in nature, to allow for both standardised questioning and free-flowing conversation.

Step 3: Tailored Feedback Report

We will develop a comprehensive feedback report detailing the data gathered during the online survey and 1-1 conversations. This will highlight the key drivers and motivators of employees within the organisation.

Step 4: Bespoke Change Action Plan

Our People Consulting Team will develop a bespoke Action Plan, outlining the findings within each role, department and the overall organisation. Based on our analysis we will highlight the organisation's current strengths, provide key recommendations for improvements indicating the level of urgency across a short/medium/long term basis.
