Role Overview:

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a motivated and energetic individual to join my client’s team as an Office Administrative Assistant. This role offers variety and challenge, combining sales, customer service, and administrative tasks to drive the continued growth of the business. As an integral part of the team, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional support and helping to deliver the high standards my client is known for.

You'll be at the forefront of customer interaction, ensuring seamless communication and ensuring that all administrative duties are executed efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the success and continued expansion of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative duties, including processing sales orders, generating picking lists, and coordinating with the warehouse for timely dispatch.

  • Provide front-line reception support by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls while maintaining a high standard of service to all customers.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by addressing queries swiftly and professionally, maintaining clear communication via phone and email, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and reception duties.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
