An exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to join our client, a leading multinational manufacturer of compressors and vacuums. This role involves servicing clients based in the Munster region and would suit someone with a Technical Sales background.
Role Responsibilities:
- The Industrial Sales Engineer will identify and build sustainable relationships with new markets and sales channels.
- Preparing and presenting customer proposals, product presentations and similar sales enablement material.
- The Industrial Sales Engineer will drive customer success by ensuring the right solution is provided, a successful installation and commissioning, and hand-over to the CTS team.
- Visit customers as part of the sales and marketing of all the Industrial Air and Portfolio in the Munster region of Ireland.
- To support sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
- To review Terms and conditions associated with all such project and agree T&C's with clients on the award of all contracts.
- To support sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers which can include calculating energy and flow usage, system performance, pressure drops, pipe sizing, and control philosophies.
- To mentor and guide both colleagues and clients to ensure that they stay abreast of product developments and offerings.
Role Requirements:
- Have previous sales experience.
- A Technical/Engineering background (Preferred not essential).
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding and acting on customer needs and expectations, using advanced questioning and listening skills.
- Managing your work to ensure that customer requests are prioritised and concluded in a timely manner.
