Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a well-established and reputable construction company? We are currently working with a leading construction business based in Tullamore, who are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the business, providing vital administrative support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Providing front-line customer service – dealing with queries via phone, email, and in person
Preparing and issuing pricing and quotations to customers
Processing orders and managing job schedules
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the operations team
General office administration and support duties
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry or a similar fast-paced sector
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A team player with a can-do attitude
