Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a well-established and reputable construction company? We are currently working with a leading construction business based in Tullamore, who are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the business, providing vital administrative support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing front-line customer service – dealing with queries via phone, email, and in person

  • Preparing and issuing pricing and quotations to customers

  • Processing orders and managing job schedules

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the operations team

  • General office administration and support duties

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry or a similar fast-paced sector

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A team player with a can-do attitude
