Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting & Production Planning: Leverage historical data and market trends to create precise demand forecasts and production schedules that meet customer needs while optimizing production capacity.

  • Collaborative Coordination: Work with Contract Manufacturing Sites, Packaging, Quality Assurance, and logistics partners to ensure smooth production and timely product availability.

  • Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to rigorous pharmaceutical shipping and regulatory standards, including temperature control, packaging, and documentation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the integration of new products, driving efficiency across the supply chain.

  • ERP & Data Management: Manage supply chain activities within the ERP system, using data analysis and reporting tools to track key performance indicators like lead times, fulfilment rates, and inventory turnover.

Requirements:

  • Degree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in supply chain management or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning within the pharmaceutical, Food or medical device industry.

  • Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, demand planning, ERP systems, and data analysis.

  • Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while influencing stakeholders across different functions.
