Senior International Brand Manager

My client is a globally recognised consumer goods business with a strong portfolio of established brands. With a presence in multiple regions, the company is focused on driving brand growth through strategic marketing, innovation, and consumer insight. They are looking to appoint a Senior International Brand Manager to lead brand development across key international markets.

Responsibilities will include -

  • Develop and execute global brand strategy aligned with overarching business and market objectives

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing international brand team

  •  Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all regions

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive insights to inform strategy

  • Oversee the creation and rollout of international marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, supply chain, and digital to align on brand plans

  • Drive end-to-end execution of global product launches and go-to-market strategies

  • Adapt global brand initiatives to suit local market needs in collaboration with regional marketing teams

  • Monitor brand performance, market share, and campaign impact, refining strategy based on insights

  • Present strategic plans and performance updates to senior and global leadership teams

  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment

  • Build and nurture relationships with external creative and media agencies

  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, brand growth, and operational efficiency

  • Ensure brand initiatives are aligned with broader commercial and corporate objectives

Requirements -

  • 6+ years in brand marketing, including 3+ in international or global roles

  • FMCG or consumer goods background

  • Proven experience managing and developing teams

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insight, and campaign execution

  • Commercially focused with solid analytical and presentation skills

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and global product launches

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

  • Multilingual or international market experience is an advantage
