Are you seeking a new challenge? Our client, a market leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a HR Generalist to join their operation which is located 25 minutes north of Cork City. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and highly innovative environment, supporting a team that creates products that make a real difference in people’s lives. This contract will run for 24 months (12 months initially with an a further 12 month extension). Option to work one day a week from home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet strategic needs.

Employee Development: Collaborating with managers to establish robust succession and contingency plans for critical roles.

Employee Relations: Advising on performance management, conducting investigations, and handling grievances or ER issues such as bullying or harassment claims.

HR Operations: Managing employee records, negotiating with resourcing partners, and generating management reports.

Engagement & Benefits: Maintaining competitive employee benefit programs, organizing events, and contributing to internal communications such as the company magazine.


What You’ll Bring to the Role:

2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role

3rd-level qualification in HR or a related field (CIPD qualified)

Strong project management skills
