About You:
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people management.
- Experience in any industry – pharma, medtech, manufacturing, technology, or more – is welcome.
- A proven ability to work independently and manage various HR functions.
- Relevant qualifications in HR, business administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification is a plus).
- An interest in building long-term, impactful careers in HR across various industries.
