Our Client who is a leading national provider within electrical contracting is seeking a HR Manager (Ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to progress into a Management role) who’s passionate about fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance, all while supporting leadership and nurturing talent across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities (to include):
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
Lead employee relations efforts and resolve issues with professionalism
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support training programs
Collaborate with senior leadership on compensation, succession planning, and HR analytics
Maintain legal compliance and ensure a safe, inclusive workplace
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a management or generalist role
Ideally have HR experience from an engineering or construction environment
Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
CIPD or SHRM-SCP certification (or the ability to obtain it)
Solid understanding of employment law and best practices
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
