Executive Assistant required with 5 years plus experience providing senior administration support to senior management team. Onsite – 5 days a week. Galway city.
Responsibilities:
Providing administration support i.e., various reports, emails, drafting memos and preparing communications.
Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
Diary management i.e., managing calendars, including appointments.
Arranging travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers etc.
Organising and coordinating events, and liaising with various external parties.
Managing and accurate reporting of expenses.
Requirements:
Degree qualified or qualification in Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ plus experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to Senior Management
Excellent MS Office Skills
Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
