Executive Assistant required with 4 years plus experience in senior administration for well established company in Sligo.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to directors
Diary management i.e., schedule meetings, appointments and travel schedules etc.
Taking and coordinating meeting minutes and handling necessary follow-up items.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Formatting and collating data required for presentations.
Liaising with team members or external parties.
Requirements:
Degree qualified with 4 years plus executive administration experience.
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive .
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude.
