Job Description: Production Team Lead
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Production Team Leader to oversee and support our production operations. In this role, you will lead a team and ensure efficient chemical mixing, labeling, and packing while adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position requires hands-on leadership, process validation experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals used in the production process.
Troubleshoot issues with production equipment and processes to maintain workflow.
Record and input production data, including ingredients, weights, and temperatures.
Conduct and oversee process validation and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including SOPs and validation records.
Monitor and control the quantity of raw materials and consumables used in production.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and adherence to procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a production process role, with at least 1 year in a leadershipor supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Hands-on experience with chemical mixing, labeling, and packing preparation.
Experience in process validation is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
