Tax Manager | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery, development, and review of corporate tax services for a broad range of clients in industries including international trade, renewable energy, aircraft leasing, retail, and high-net-worth private clients.

  • Offering expert advice on Irish corporate tax matters, both domestic and international.

  • Partnering with the corporate finance team to conduct due diligence for transactions involving companies and assets.

  • Coordinating with audit and business services teams to address tax-related queries effectively.

  • Building and strengthening client relationships while enhancing the firm’s presence locally and within global networks.

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of tax, advisory, and accounting professionals.

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations within the tax department.

  • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting junior team members to foster their professional growth.

  • Shaping your career path within the firm’s rapidly expanding tax practice, with ample opportunities for progression.

What You Bring:

  • A professional tax qualification (AITI/CTA or equivalent).

  • At least three years of post-qualification experience in taxation and a similar managerial role.

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.

  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.

  • Commercial acumen and sound business judgment.

  • Strong written communication skills, especially in report preparation.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
