What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects or multiple smaller projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Monitor financial performance and report key milestones to company Directors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
- Provide clear communication and updates on project progress at all stages.
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- A full, clean driving license and access to your own transport.
