Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of projects that meet the highest standards for both the company and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects with confidence, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance.
- Maintain the highest quality standards and integrity throughout each project.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders and keep them in the loop.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate all aspects of project delivery.
- Provide regular progress reports to keep everyone updated.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Develop detailed project plans for clients and internal teams.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring smooth progress from design to construction.
- Keep Directors and clients informed of financial and construction milestones.
