Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of projects that meet the highest standards for both the company and their clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects with confidence, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards and integrity throughout each project.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
  • Manage communications with all stakeholders and keep them in the loop.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery.
  • Provide regular progress reports to keep everyone updated.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Develop detailed project plans for clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring smooth progress from design to construction.
  • Keep Directors and clients informed of financial and construction milestones.

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • A relevant Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.
