Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to provide process engineering support for the design, commissioning, and qualification of a bulk vaccine facility expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement process design in line with project scope.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met in C&Q deliverables.
- Oversee equipment package design, FAT, installation, and commissioning (e.g., product vessels, single-use mixers, UFDF skids, CIP/SIP skids).
- Monitor project milestones and report progress.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and site practices.
- Support C&Q execution, including reviewing lifecycle documents and managing system start-up/testing.
- Liaise with vendors, business partners, and SMEs.
- Manage project-related deliverables (e.g., schedules, cost tracking, coordination).
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc./M.Eng in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 8+ years in biopharmaceutical process engineering (design, construction, start-up).
Skills:
- Strong leadership in matrix environments.
- Expertise in bulk vaccine/biologics processing and single-use technologies.
- Knowledge of DCS/PLC platforms (e.g., Delta V) and SDLC methodology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
