We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for the Dublin Territory to join a leading provider of construction products. If you are passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the building products sector, and thrive in a relationship-driven role, we would love to hear from you!


Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive portfolio of building products within the Dublin region. You will work closely with various customers and industry influencers, managing enquiries and nurturing customer relationships to drive sales and meet company objectives. You will also be responsible for a team of 9 sales agents nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with house builders, homeowners, major contractors, and builder’s merchants to drive sales.
  • Manage a team of Sales Agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Specifiers, and other key influencers in the region.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service while specifying and selling products that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Proactively manage customer enquiries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize strong sales techniques and exceptional people management skills to foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated previous sales experience in a similar role, ideally within the building products sector.
  • People Management experience
  • Strong sales techniques and excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Previous sales and management training is desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the building products industry.
