Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and marketing? We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our clients growing team in Ennis Co Clare. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in bridging sales, engineering, customers, and suppliers—driving smooth operations and enhancing strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the company’s CRM system (ideally Salesforce) with up-to-date customer and sales data.
Support the preparation of quotes, manage enquiry screening, and coordinate follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales funnel.
Generate insightful sales reports and analyse trends to inform decision-making.
Assist in developing and tracking sales strategies and goals, making recommendations for improvement.
Oversee marketing and sales materials—maintaining updated presentations, brochures, and sales templates.
Manage social media presence and content, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Prepare and monitor sales and marketing budgets.
Support processing of sales orders in line with internal procedures.
Liaise with suppliers to stay up to date on product developments and share updates internally.
What We're Looking For
A relevant third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hands-on sales and digital marketing role
CRM experience—ideally Salesforce—with the ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
A self-starter who thrives under pressure and works well independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Willingness to learn and understand the Lift/Construction Industry (full training provided)
