The Job:
We are currently working alongside an industry leading service provider to the construction, hospitality and manufacturing industry who are headquartered in Cavan and are now looking to hire a Sales and BD Specialist. This role focuses on winning new business, expanding their client base, and driving revenue growth within Dublin and the surrounding areas. As part of their growing sales team, you will engage with clients for site assessments to determine their needs and secure contracts across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will primarily involve visiting clients/prospective clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Seeking New Business: Proactively identify and target potential clients in key sectors such as Hospitality, Construction, Facility Management, Industrial, and Manufacturing.
Building Strong Client Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with businesses, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Confidently approach potential clients to introduce our services and generate new sales opportunities.
Driving Revenue Growth: Convert leads into contracts, contribute to business expansion, and hit sales targets.
Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Insight: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
Self-Motivated: You have an ambitious attitude and a hunger to close deals.
Confident Communicator: Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and pitching to decision-makers.
People Person: Able to build rapport easily and establish strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Flexible & Mobile: Willing to travel within Dublin and surrounding counties to meet clients and grow the business.
Previous Sales Experience: Ideally, experience in B2B sales, particularly in service-based industries.
