Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is keen to hire a Reliability Engineer to join their team in Sligo on a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities of Reliability Engineer (Full description available upon request):
Support the engineers with the next level of MEP to fully integrate MEP into the culture.
Implement programs and procedures required to ensure equipment maintenance is performed in a compliant manner.
Monitor the operation of equipment and systems.
Track, analyse and improve key Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) key performance indicators (KPI’s) parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, site maintenance compliance, schedule etc.
Apply knowledge in methods and processes to prevent, or reduce, the likelihood or frequency of failures in site systems.
Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA),Fault tree analysis (FTA), PM optimisation.
Train employees on reliability processes, trains supervision on the impact that the operators and technicians have on reliability.
Ideal Background:
A third level qualification in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Trade qualification plus six years plus engineering experience
3rd level qualification must be coupled with 3 years relevant work experience.
Strong IT Skills are required for this position.
