This is an exciting opportunity for an Aseptic Process Lead to join a Multinational pharmaceutical company based in Carlow. You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring aseptic excellence, sterility assurance, and the delivery of high-quality biologics and vaccines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cross-functional technical expertise in aseptic manufacturing of biologics and vaccines.
- Serve as Center of Excellence (COE) in Sterile Council and Sterile CoP, contributing to network standards and guidelines.
- Lead team training and development, ensuring alignment with site goals and continuous improvement in aseptic processes.
- Oversee media fill (Process Simulation) execution and cleanroom contamination control (cGMP compliance).
- Foster a culture of open feedback and skill development.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years in sterile manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive change in highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
