Principal EIA Consultant
Location: Trim, Co. Meath or Oranmore, Co. Galway (Hybrid Working)

The Role:
As a Principal EIA Consultant, you will:
Lead and manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and planning applications.
Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Provide expert guidance to clients in the renewable energy, food and drink, and industrial sectors.
Engage with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
About You:
Degree/Master’s in Environmental Science or related field.
5+ years’ experience in EIA project management and the Irish environmental planning system.
Ideally this person will be able to run EIA projects & project manage EIA projects from start to finish.
A consultancy background is preferred but will also look at someone who has done this in house.
Strong report writing, presentation, and analytical skills.
Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects.
A proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.
Full, clean driving licence.
