New Business Account Executive

New Business Account Executive – Galway.


Onsite role.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the prospecting process, including identifying and contacting potential customers.
  • Create and automate end-to-end outreach campaigns across different channels.
  • Support prospects through the full sales cycle from the first engagement to subscription.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Execute the company lead generation strategy.
  • Keep accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years in cold outreach, outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • A hunter mentality to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
