New Business Account Executive – Galway.
Onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the prospecting process, including identifying and contacting potential customers.
- Create and automate end-to-end outreach campaigns across different channels.
- Support prospects through the full sales cycle from the first engagement to subscription.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Execute the company lead generation strategy.
- Keep accurate records.
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years in cold outreach, outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- A hunter mentality to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
