Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join a Biologics company in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a QA GMP background or Microbiology background with aseptic manufacturing experience.
Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):
Act as SME for Aseptic Operations (manufacturing, sampling, testing).
Ensure compliance with site procedures.
Monitor and improve Aseptic techniques, with authority to stop operations if needed.
Promote open communication and continuous improvement.
Drive performance in Aseptic activities across shifts.
Collaborate with mentors and supervisors on team development.
Review batch records in real time.
Support training and mentoring in cleanrooms.
Provide quality oversight during key Aseptic processes.
Lead improvements in Aseptic procedures and practices.
Advise on changes to Aseptic processes.
Cultivate a high-performance Aseptic culture.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Quality, or Engineering.
3 years' experience in a GMP environment, including Aseptic Manufacturing support.
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements.
Strong communication skills.
