Key Responsibilities:
- Perform timely repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment breakdowns.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance routines to minimize downtime.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Support and lead assigned actions for Engineering projects within the maintenance team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role within the Medical Device or a highly regulated industry.
- Education: Candidates should hold a Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Level 6 craft certification in Electrical or Mechanical fields is also accepted.
- Technical Skills: Solid experience with mechanical systems in an automated manufacturing setting is essential.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with PLCs, motor drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team.
