Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring equipment efficiency, safety compliance, and contributing to the company’s operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Ensure timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

  • Implement and drive improvements in preventive maintenance programs.

  • Monitor and improve equipment uptime/downtime performance.

  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams, allocating tasks effectively.

  • React promptly to breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruptions.

  • Develop and maintain a critical spares list and introduce a stock management system.

  • Support and drive LEAN and continuous improvement projects.

  • Oversee the completion and accuracy of all maintenance records.

  • Liaise with third-party contractors and assist with their on-site duties.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Management role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of equipment.

  • Proven experience in supervising and leading maintenance teams.

  • Proficiency in using and managing preventive maintenance systems.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic software tools.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with budgeting and cost analysis for maintenance activities.
