Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Implement and drive improvements in preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor and improve equipment uptime/downtime performance.
Lead and supervise maintenance teams, allocating tasks effectively.
React promptly to breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruptions.
Develop and maintain a critical spares list and introduce a stock management system.
Support and drive LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
Oversee the completion and accuracy of all maintenance records.
Liaise with third-party contractors and assist with their on-site duties.
Requirements:
Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Maintenance Management role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of equipment.
Proven experience in supervising and leading maintenance teams.
Proficiency in using and managing preventive maintenance systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic software tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with budgeting and cost analysis for maintenance activities.
