This role is Monday - Friday, day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics and Warehouse Operations
- Get ready to manage and prepare products for shipment — from packing to labeling, every detail counts!
- Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery according to schedules and instructions.
- Partner with forwarding agents to efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments.
- Take charge of receiving and storing incoming shipments like a pro.
- Keep a close eye on inventory levels and ensure everything is accounted for.
- Troubleshoot any logistics-related hiccups and keep the process running smoothly.
- Keep the warehouse spotless, organized, and in line with high housekeeping standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts to keep everything moving.
Manufacturing Support
- Be at the heart of production by assisting in packaging products to meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality system procedures, so our products meet top-notch standards.
- Step up and resolve any production equipment or process issues, keeping the team on track.
- Work alongside other team members to power through the production process and hit those targets.
- Keep GMP and housekeeping standards high across all manufacturing areas.
- Always prioritize and adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines as per company policies.
- Flexibility is key! Be ready for other exciting tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to dive into the world of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management. If you:
- Have a solid 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management,
- Are proficient in MS Office and can easily manage data and communications,
- Possess exceptional communication skills and can connect with colleagues and clients alike,
- Have an eye for detail and a passion for getting it right every time,
- Are physically capable of lifting and moving products when needed,
- Work well both in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision,
- And hold a forklift license…
