As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace experience, acting as a trusted advisor to people leaders, and contributing to a culture where employees feel valued and empowered. Permanent role, based in Waterford with the potential of hybrid working (1 day a week from home).


What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits: Manage and benchmark programs to ensure market competitiveness, and propose innovative initiatives aligned with business goals.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, mediate and resolve issues proactively to maintain harmony and productivity.

Recruitment Excellence: Partner with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment process and ensure a memorable candidate experience.

HR Insights: Utilise HR systems and analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Engagement & Community: Launch and promote employee engagement initiatives and encourage participation in community and DEI events.

Policy & Compliance: Keep HR policies up to date with legislation, ensure SOX and audit compliance, and maintain accurate employee records.

Learning & Development: Coach managers throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure effective decision-making and leadership development.

Projects & Best Practices: Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and champion HR best practices across the organisation.


What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Experience: 4+ years in HR within a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and TMS is highly desirable.
