Responsibilities:
To provide support to the site in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative compliance, employee records, HR best practice – policies and procedures, onboarding
To provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.

Organisational Design and Effectiveness
Employment Legislation and Regulatory Compliance
Compensation and Benefits
HRIS - employee records on Workday
Operational Excellence Culture
Drive a culture of harmonious employee relations
Support and Lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork
Liaise with industry and academic institutes where necessary
Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management of Business, and/ or membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
3 to 5 years of related experience so that the incumbent can draw from previous experience and knowledge in guiding, advising, and supporting the business in the issues that require Human Resource Support.
