Junior / Graduate Sales Agent
Location: Cherrywood, Dublin (Onsite)
Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking to hire a Junior / Graduate Sales Agent to join their dynamic team in Cherrywood, Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to begin their career in sales within the insurance industry. As a Junior Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to follow up with clients who have shown interest in insurance products. You will engage them in meaningful conversations, address any queries, and guide them through the process, converting leads into successful sales. You will present policy options clearly, helping clients make informed decisions, while working towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Full training will be provided to equip you with all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities, with the capacity to engage and connect with customers over the phone.
- Sales & Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, retail, customer service) is an advantage but not required.
- Self-Driven & Resilient: Motivated to meet personal targets, able to handle rejection, and remains focused on delivering results.
- Work Ethic: Strong organisational skills, proactive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
