Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage the sales and customer service experience for a base of customers within Ireland. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager in Ireland and will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing sales.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer orders are correctly entered into the system.
Advise customers on the product range, product features, and technical specifications.
Build and improve relationships of trust with existing key account customers.
Contribute to generating sales for our company through telesales.
Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
Provide cover for the Sales Manager Ireland when required.
Be creative. Generate new ideas and ways of working.
Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
Pass customer feedback back to production or the management team on how to improve the organisation’s experience or new offerings.
Develop reports and update CRM as required.
Attend and participate in daily and monthly sales meetings.
Other duties and project work as determined by your line manager from time to time.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and can build rapport quickly. You will be driven, organised in your approach, and focused on giving the best customer experience.
Telesales experience.
Adaptive to situations, and customer requests.
Excellent IT skills.
Strong communication skills. Must be able to work closely with others to collaborate on the completion of common goals.
Positive work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
A results driven & quality conscious individual.
Management experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
