Our client is currently looking to recruit a part-timeCustomer Service Advisor for their team who are based on the south side of Cork City. This is an initial temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work in a positive customer service environment. Overview of Role:
Provide high-quality advice to customers, primarily by telephone as well as email and webchat.
Follow up work arising from information and advice sessions with customers.
Assisting the Team Supervisors in the development of innovative processes and improvement.
Operation of query management and data collection systems.
Assist in any research or policy initiatives appropriate to the development of the service.
Part-time role – 20-25 hours per week.

Fluent written and oral English.

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
Demonstrated ability to absorb, analyse, and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
