Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is expanding their communications team. This Site Communications and Engagement specialist role will be initially for 6 months. There are ample opportunities to learn and progress within this growing team. Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in North Dublin.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute a sustained calendar of communications and engagement activities aligned with business goals, including colleague events, performance updates, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support site leadership with clear, effective communication aligned to business strategy.
- Partner with HR on internal communications and engagement programs (e.g., employee surveys, workplace culture initiatives).
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Provide communications support for change and transformation initiatives.
- Track, report, and continuously improve the impact of communications and engagement efforts.
- Coach internal stakeholders on effective communication practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related discipline.
- Experience with content management systems and design tools; comfortable working with external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in managing websites and digital content.
- Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
