Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic finance team. Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Financial Administration.
Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Assist with month-end reporting, preparation for annual and internal audits, and the annual budget process.
Manage prepaid expenses and assist with accruals.
Aid in bank reconciliation, fixed asset register maintenance, and general finance-related tasks.
Provide support for external audit queries and finance projects.
Offer office administrative assistance as required.
Requirements:
Degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
Accounts Technician qualification or part-qualified in accounting would be an advantage.
Prior experience in a similar role (Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper).
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and advanced Excel skills
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Proactive, quick learner, and adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
