What are some of the typical skills and role requirements of a Quality Engineer?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management systems such as ISO13485/ ISO14971/ GMP.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) or Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Lead daily Kaizen activities and projects to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
