  • Documentation Review: Reviewing and approving quality-related documentation, such as design documents, lean documentation, test procedures,and inspection reports.

  • Customer Complaints: Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

What are some of the typical skills and role requirements of a Quality Engineer?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management systems such as ISO13485/ ISO14971/ GMP.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) or Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Lead daily Kaizen activities and projects to improve workflows and increase efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks

  • Experience with ERP and/or MES systems.
