The Sustainability Department is dedicated to collaborating with operations teams, policymakers, industry groups, and leading companies to achieve sustainability goals and climate action plans. The department focuses on three key objectives:

Environmental Impact Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to drive investments in green capital and sustainability, helping clients enhance their environmental performance.

Industry Challenges: Partner with policy and regulatory teams, as well as industry groups, to tackle sustainability challenges faced by various sectors.

Climate Action Implementation: Work with corporate services and property teams to execute the organization’s climate action initiatives.


Key Responsibilities of Sustainability Project Executive:

  • Proactively engage with operations teams to enhance client sustainability investments and their environmental impact.

  • Facilitate the development and sharing of sustainability knowledge across the global team to foster innovation and a strong influence.

  • Identify new opportunities in industry and sustainability, investment trends, and marketing strategies to support goal achievement.

  • Conduct market research on sustainability-related topics, including data analysis and policy/regulatory matters, presenting findings to stakeholders with a clear understanding of priorities.

  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, capable of leading impactful client discussions.

  • Present proposals to senior executives and various committees.

  • Cultivate knowledge of sustainability value propositions.

  • Contribute to transformation and client growth strategies.

  • Analyse and interpret client business plans effectively.

  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

  • Collaborate creatively and effectively with other teams both internally and externally.

  • Influence decision-makers among key stakeholder groups.

  • Manage competing priorities and responsibilities successfully.

Additional Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 8 qualification on the National Qualification Framework is essential.

  • Technical experience is advantageous.

  • This role requires international and domestic travel.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and operate independently, occasionally outside standard hours.

  • Flexibility and willingness to consider overseas career progression.

  • Commitment to personal development and continuous learning.

  • A full driving license is essential.


Salary Scale: €50,500 to €71,816 per annum, with contributory superannuation. The salary can rise by long service increments to €73,542 after three years of satisfactory service at the maximum of the range. NB : It is non-negotiable to start at the minimum of the salary scale.
