We are seeking a dynamic and driven Food EquipmentSales Representative to join our team in Cork. The successful candidate will manage sales leads generated from our showroom, working closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience, preferably with exposure to the Commercial Food Equipment within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients from showroom inquiries and leads, nurturing relationships and converting them into sales opportunities.
Travel to meet with customers, to present products, understand their needs, and close sales deals.
Offer a consultative sales approach, guiding clients through the selection process to ensure the best possible outcome for their projects.
Utilise industry knowledge to understand the specific needs of clients, particularly those in hospitality, and offer solutions that align with their business goals.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Proven background in delivering sales results.
Background in hospitality or experience working with hospitality-related clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Experience with technical drawings, CAD, or design is a bonus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent IT knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publisher and familiar with working on CRM Systems.
A full clean driving license is required.
