Our client, based in Limerick, is looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support the team by transforming data into readable, goal-orientated reports that drive business strategy. You will be responsible for producing reports, visualisations, and actionable insights with efficient planning and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have an excellent understanding of supply chain planning signals – inventory, procurement, demand, in transits, and stock transfers.
- Understand the configurations in source ERPs on supply chain planning processes.
- Maintain accurate master and transactional data in systems.
- Investigate process and data gaps within the business, determining causes and analysing options to mitigate risks.
- Ensure ERP parameters and indicators are effectively set/managed.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, working directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
- Handle non-routine and difficult inquiries by adapting differing techniques and methods to develop solutions.
- Analyse and interpret trends or data generated by company reporting systems, statistical results, or other information collection systems.
- Understand business impact with technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in supply chain or relevant field.
- Experience working with ERP MRP systems.
- Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python or R, Fabric, Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
