Position: Senior Plant Manager
Location: Enniskillen
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ).
Operational Excellence: Drive production efficiency, manage KPIs, and ensure optimal plant performance.
Innovation & Improvement: Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.
Project Management: Oversee capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven Leader: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within heavy industry.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to lead complex operations and drive continuous improvement.
Innovative: Passion for adopting new technologies and methods to enhance efficiency.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and budgetary control.
Team Builder: Proven track record in developing and leading successful teams.

Desired Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
Lean qualification or significant experience in implementing continuous improvement programs.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
