Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to take charge of their Enniskillen Sawmilling operations. If you’re a strategic leader with a passion for excellence in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

Position: Senior Plant Manager

Location: Enniskillen

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ).

  • Operational Excellence: Drive production efficiency, manage KPIs, and ensure optimal plant performance.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Project Management: Oversee capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven Leader: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within heavy industry.

  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to lead complex operations and drive continuous improvement.

  • Innovative: Passion for adopting new technologies and methods to enhance efficiency.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and budgetary control.

Desired Qualifications:
