Our client is recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a permanent contract and is based in Carrick- On- Shannon.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Front desk management- taking calls and greeting customers
  • Booking/checking in customers using internal system
  • Processing sales invoices and customer payments
  • Assist Office manager with reporting requirements
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word
  • Excellent customer service skills and attentional to detail
  • Highly motivated to work both on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and to increased responsibility
  • Strong time management skills essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
