Our client is recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a permanent contract and is based in Carrick- On- Shannon.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Front desk management- taking calls and greeting customers
- Booking/checking in customers using internal system
- Processing sales invoices and customer payments
- Assist Office manager with reporting requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word
- Excellent customer service skills and attentional to detail
- Highly motivated to work both on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and to increased responsibility
- Strong time management skills essential
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
