Are you a Quality Management expert with a passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead our talented Quality Team at our Shannon site. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our high-quality standards, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
As the Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Quality Management System, empowering your team and guiding them towards excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting Quality Standards: Establish and communicate clear, measurable quality objectives aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborating with Customers: Act as the go-to person for customer interactions on quality matters, resolving issues swiftly and ensuring their needs are integrated into our processes.Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that continuously elevate our quality performance, leveraging customer feedback and industry best practices.
Driving Compliance: Ensure our processes meet industry standards (such as ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements, while preparing for audits and maintaining documentation.
Leading the Team: Provide direction, tools, and coordination to your team to achieve top-notch quality results while working hand-in-hand with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
A degree in Science, Quality, or Engineering (Level 8 preferred).
8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in Quality Engineering, Assurance, and Systems, with strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience leading audits/inspections and spearheading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
Exceptional customer interaction, communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
