Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive quality improvement initiatives, analyze quality costs, and enhance product reliability. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality improvement programs using problem-solving and project management techniques.

  • Investigate and implement corrective actions for customer complaints and product non-conformances.

  • Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to drive continuous improvements.

  • Develop, review, and implement quality assurance specifications and procedures.

  • Align and integrate company testing procedures with international standards requirements.

  • Participate in validation activities for new tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO13485:2016 and other relevant regulatory standards.

  • Analyze quality costs and identify key areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

  • Promote and uphold a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in Science or Engineering.

  • Minimum of three years' experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

  • Training and/or experience in an ISO13485:2016 certified environment is highly desirable.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
