Our Client based in Ringsend, Dublin is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their experienced team on site.
The Project Manager will coordinate design information and site works delivered by in-house teams and third-party contractors, managing multidisciplinary civil, mechanical, process, and electrical/ICA projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee coordination with PSCS, PSDP, Client, and other stakeholders.
Perform duties for Project Supervisor for both Construction Stage and Design Process.
Supervise and manage in-house and external contractors on-site.
Respond to Client technical requests and manage project documentation (e.g., reports, drawings, specifications, H&S plans).
Manage project budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.
Provide input to bids and manage project delivery.
Job Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in Engineering or related field; Project Management qualifications preferred.
Minimum 5 years in Civil, Water, and Wastewater industries, with a proven track record in managing design-build contracts.
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater processes, FIDIC/NEC/Public Works contracts, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, and BIM software.
Highly motivated, target-driven, excellent communication and organizational skills, commercial acumen, and integrity.
Desirable:
Chartered Engineer status.
Estimating and resource scheduling experience.
