Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineer, you will:
Lead new tool debugging, setup, and validation processes.
Optimize processes using Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical methods to improve performance and quality.
Maintain stringent control over the quality and capability of processes, including necessary documentation.
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and system issues employing engineering principles and data-driven analysis.
Deliver training and ongoing support to Production Technicians.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the moulding operations.
Requirements:
Degree in Polymer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability in using various moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
