We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Engineer to join a growing software company with an office based in Cork. The Onboarding Engineer will be a hands-on, technical role where you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through the deployment process and ensuring they leverage the platform and services to its fullest potential. Flexibility for this to be a remote rolewith requirements to be in the Cork office initially once per month and then once per quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Advisor: Guide partners on deploying, onboarding, and configuring white-labeled SaaS solutions.
Hands-On Integration Development: Collaborate with partners to scope, develop, and implement service/product integrations.
Onboarding & Support: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and provide post-sales technical support.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product teams to refine the platform based on customer feedback and technical needs, ensuring continuous platform improvement.
Partner-Facing Education: Lead workshops to help partners maximize the benefits and features of the platform.
Knowledge Base Contribution: Develop technical content on integration, onboarding, APIs, FAQs, and best practices to support partners.
Requirements:
Have 3+ years experience with REST APIs and JSON.
Proven experience working directly with clients in technical roles, providing hands-on support.
Technical degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering) is desirable.
Possess technical knowledge in tools such as Docker, AWS, Serverless Application Model.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with external partners.
Advantageous to have the following: NodeJS, TypeScript, ExpressJS, React, MaterialUI/JSS, Git, MySQL, Jira, Confluence, Drawio, Visual Studie Code, AWS Certification, Containerisation knowledge.
