Our Client is the leading Maintenance contractor for Motorways and National Roads in Ireland. They are looking to hire a Junior Project Manager to join their team based in Dublin 22.
You will be key in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for site visits, progress reporting, material ordering, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and environmental policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily site visits to asphalt and civils crews
- Developing and maintaining site progress reports
- Ordering materials and ensuring adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
- Using GPS for setting out, measuring, and recording as-built data
- Monitoring and tracking site costs
- Managing applications for road opening licenses
- Developing traffic management plans
- Preparing documentation for new projects
- Updating and maintaining contract safety files.
Job Requirements:
- Third Level Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in a Junior Project Management role within a relevant Environment.
- Experience in using AutoCAD
- Experience using GPS MS Office
- Full driving license
- Good interpersonal skills
