Our client, an industry leader in their field are looking to hire a HR Generalist to join their team based out of Fermoy, Co. Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist looking to develop their HR career. The HR Generalist will provide dedicated site HR support to the site and its management team covering all facets of HR and will have the opportunity to grow and develop through dedicated site experience as well as multi-site cross-function project work. The HR Generalist will also work closely with the Group Head of HR on projects.
Overview of Key Responibilties:
End to end Recruitment
Induction & Onboarding
L&D – manage the on-the-job training, pursue multiskilling across the site
HR Data Analytics - report on a weekly basis to the HR function and Senior Leadership Team
Performance management
Maintenance and updating of HR system
Manage grievance & disciplinary investigations
Payroll Support
Support companywide events that include social, charity and corporate social responsibility
Provide operational and strategic HR support to line manager and Head of HR.
What the ideal candidate looks like:
Degree in HR or equivalent experience in a HR role with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Results driven, customer focused and a collaborative mindset
Excellent relationship building, presentation and communications skills;
