We are seeking a Graduate Field Service Engineer/ Technical Service Specialist to join our our clients core Diagnostics team. This role is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance, and customer support in the medical diagnostics sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing first-line technical service to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Performing planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
- Assisting with hardware and software updates and documentation.
- Supporting installations and deinstallations of medical equipment.
- Working closely with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Travelling within your service area to support clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering or Robotics a related field.
- OR
- A Trade Qualification in Electrical OR Mechanical OR Mechanics.
- 🔹 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 🔹 Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- 🔹 A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- 🔹 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 🔹 Good computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
