Brand Manager - Permanent - Galway - Hybrid
The Brand Manager will work with the senior marketing team to define the brand strategy for a portfolio of products to maintain our client's position as Number 1 VMS Brand in Ireland, and drive growth in New Markets.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the senior marketing team to define the brand strategy for a portfolio of health supplement products to maintain our position of No1. VMS Brand in Ireland and drive growth in new markets
- Working with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies and detailed marketing plans for all media channels that increase sales and margin for the company.
- Developing engaging brand assets, impactful marketing campaigns, and digital content that resonate with multiple customer segments.
- Working with external agencies (design, photography, UGC, advertising, PR, event management, packaging, research) to bring marketing projects to life within strict deadlines
- Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and competitors' activities to assist with EPD/NPD and the development of new markets.
- Responsible of the management of marketing budget specific to your portfolio of products with a focus on cost efficiency and ensuring reconciliation of budgets against plans and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing role in a similar industry with minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management.
- Business/Marketing Degree
- Strong leadership skills with commercial ability to take ownership of your portfolio of products.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to the senior management team.
- Experience in creating campaigns that work across multiple channels – digital, media & retail is critical.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams including NPD, Sales, Digital, Compliance, Logistics, Production & Customer Service
- Strong analytical ability along with creative flair for effective marketing campaigns
